A Relatively Good Hotel
friendly staff comfortable bed spacious bathroom cramped room lacking quality supply issue
The breakfast included many options. The staff was friendly. The hotel's location allowed easy access to many attractions. The room included a spacious bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Detailed instructions simplified finding the hotel by car.
The room was a bit cramped despite upgrading. Coffee and milk were not automatically refreshed. I needed to find a cleaner for additional supplies.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Need Addressing
bad smell non-functional ac
A persistent odor came from the bathroom's drainage system. I would not want a longer stay. The air conditioning did not work, and that affected my comfort, it was too hot. These issues need correcting promptly. The hotel location is good, but these faults marred my visit.

attentive staff central location breakfast choices small room mini-bar restocking weak air conditioning
The staff WERE so attentive. they remembered my name each morning. the location was superb. VERY central. Breakfast had plenty of choices.
the room was somewhat small though I booked a beautiful. the mini-bar was not restocked daily. the air conditioning seemed a little weak.

central location attentive staff street noise missing towels
the location was great , right in the centre. i got upgraded to a suite. the breakfast had a variety of options to please everyone , and the breakfast staff were very attentive.
the noise at night was terrible. people moved furniture in the room above. the street noise was not insulated by good windows. towels were taken away and not replaced.
